If you are planning on joining The Army, you are going to have to complete a 1.5 mile run giving your best effort and within a strict time limit.
The criteria is simple - If you finish within the required time limit, you pass. If you are not able to complete the course within the required time, you fail and will be asked to leave the selection process
Army Fitness Test have created a full 8 week program to help improve your speed and endurance so that you are able to complete the 1.5 mile run in 10 minutes or under. Obviously we cannot guranntee this, but by following our guide we are sure you can reach the level of fitness required to pass this test.
