It is extremely important to ensure you have the required level of fitness before taking any type of physical test in The Army.

You will be failed and sent home if you are not able to pass each of the tests.

Remember, the British Army are well respected for having highly trained and some of the most physically fit soldiers in the world. Standards are extremely high, you must prove yourself if you want to succeed.
