Being physically fit is one of the single most important rules for any Soldier. In The Army you will be required to run, march and ”Tab” (a rapid march carrying weight, with the letters TAB being an abbreviation of Tactical Advance to Battle)
It is strongly advised to prepare and train to be in the best possible shape before selection so that you not only pass the physical tests, but are able to complete the extremely tough 14 week Phase 1 training which follows.
